Retaining Louis Kosnett as my attorney was the best decision I had made during what turned out to be the worse time of my life. He took on my case (civil case) when other attorneys just laughed at me, told me I don’t have a case, it would be impossible to win, and/or made me feel even worse about the situation I was in. I met with him, right away, he knew what to do/how to proceed, he was efficient/effective, didn’t overcharge me (it would have been easy to do at the time-I was desperate for help). He was super responsive, I always heard back from him within hours. He got me JUSTICE, and did so in a professional and delicate way, with immense amount of integrity. Following the settlement, Louis did not charge me for any work that he and his assistant did to collect my settlement for a period of 18 months, even after I offered. I am really happy with the service they provided

To start, I want to say that the Kosnett Law Firm is fantastic since they took my case (re: CUIAB) without asking me a ton of questions up front (and the issue itself is very political in nature) and moved quickly with me because I was up against a very tight deadline (by which I mean, only two or three days tight). Before finding Kosnett, I had no success with other LA attorneys in Los Angeles (my case wasn't that complicated but the nature of it has two very extreme biases); but now, I'm glad they didn't work out because I would not have found Kosnett.

I had the pleasure of working with James Kosnett, and I can attest that he is an excellent lawyer in every sense of the word: smart, capable, personable, and objective. And he did a fantastic job of defending me in two separate cases (treated as companions) he was nice enough to take on without any stress on me. I was found innocent

The Kosnett’s and John Alexander have helped me tremendously. The Covid era of online learning has been rife with creating and accusations of cheating because of it. John Alexander walked me through the entire process of dealing with such charges and explained the rights I had in the process (which colleges seldom disclose completely). In the end, the truth about my situation came out and I was found innocent of any cheating charges.
